Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of $25. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided. Privacy and Confidentiality: All information provided by you and gathered during the consultation and academic evaluation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of developing a tailored educational plan for your child. Special Considerations Special Needs and Accommodations: If your child has any special needs or requires specific accommodations for the consultation or academic evaluation, please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
