✅ Returns

We accept returns on unused, undamaged physical workbooks within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, with no writing, bending, or damage.

• All pages must be intact and unmarked.

• You must notify us via email at info@buildinggreenblocks.org before sending your return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified via email that your returned item has been received.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Used workbooks (written in, folded, torn, etc.)

• Digital/downloadable versions of the workbook

• Sale or clearance items

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong set:

• Please email info@buildinggreenblocks.org within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• We will replace or refund your item at no additional cost to you.
